About me

Tyson is responsible for all infrastructure - spanning compute, data, experimentation, machine learning, mobile, network, and storage; developer and design tooling; Spotify's shared business and financial IT platforms; and cybersecurity. He is the executive behind Spotify’s internal developer portal, Backstage. Tyson also serves as the lead for the technology disciplines across all of Spotify and chairs the technology leadership community, ensuring that Spotify has an evolving tech strategy and can serve its over 675 million users and 10 million creators.
