About me

Working within the office of the Chief Product Officer, Andy collaborates across the Azure organization, as well as with customers, partners, and the open source community to enable the next generation of AI-enabled cloud-native applications in Azure. He joined Microsoft through the acquisition of Kinvolk, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer and led cloud-native projects like Flatcar Container Linux. Before Kinvolk, he co-founded Tigera and Calico, the cloud-native networking and network security project. Andy holds master’s degrees in business, software engineering, philosophy, and mathematics from the universities of Berkeley, Columbia, Oxford, and Stirling.
