While service mesh has become essential for microservices management, traditional sidecar implementations face critical challenges: significant resource overhead (30-50% memory/CPU consumption) and tightly coupled lifecycle management that complicates operations.

In this demonstration, we present an innovative architectural evolution through our open-source project **Kmesh** - a high-performance sidecar-less service mesh solution. By strategically integrating eBPF with remote waypoint proxies, we achieve:
- **90% reduction** in resource consumption compared to sidecar-based meshes
- Decoupled infrastructure and workload lifecycles
- Native kernel-level networking optimizations

This next-generation architecture demonstrates 10x cpu usage improvement, 2x connection number improvement and 1.5x latency while maintaining full Istio API compatibility, offering a production-ready alternative to conventional service meshes.
